Due to the ever present fluctuation of material and labor costs, all prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms...
Qualified accounts may be extended a 1% -10 Net-30 open account status, all other shipments will be C.O.D. or credit card. A Finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will be applied to all past due accounts.Credit Application

Freight...
We will allow freight on all Jobber Account orders of $1,500.00 and Distributor Account orders of $2,000.00 (Via Best Route), unless specfied by PEP at time of order.

Returns/Exchanges...
No returns of merchandise are permitted without our prior written permission. A 20% restocking charge may be applied unless an item is defective, or return is due to and error on our part.

Shipping Claims...
All visible or hidden damage should be made against the carrier immediately upon reciept. Claims of shortage must be made within 10 days of arrival - please have packing list and shipping info available.

Warranty...
Part warranties are limited to the replacemant of parts evidenced to be faulty due to workmanship or materials. We do not assume responsibility for setting cost of consequential damage or labor.
