- Valve Seats
Available in many different materials like Tungsten Carbide, Hi-Chrome, Hi-Nickel and Beryllium Copper.
Installed on the bottom of the cylinder heads, between the head and the bottom of the valve.
It protects the head from wear.
- Valve Guides
Available in both Cast-iron and Manganese Bronze.
Along with the valve spring, it serves to positively locate the valve so that it may make proper contact with the valve seat.
- Valves
Available in 21-4N and 20-2N stainless steel and standard and coated titanium.
Held in place by the Valve Spring Kit and Valve Guide, the Valves are used to open and close the intake and exhaust ports in the cylinder head.
- Valve Seals
Available in Teflon, Viton, Nylon, Poly, and Hat-style seals.
Installed on top of the Valve Stem, over the Valve Guide. Used to keep oil from leaking.
- Cylinder Heads
Available in Cast Iron and Aluminum.
Sitting above the cylinders of the engine block, the cylinder head houses the valves, guides, seats, and spring kits.
- Connecting Rods
Available in H-Beam and I-Beam Standard weight and I-Beam Ultra-Lite Weight.
5140 I-Beam Rods press fit and bushed for street preformance are also available.
Connecting the Piston to the Crankshaft, it allows the Piston to be moved in and out of the engine cylinder after each rotation of the Crankshaft.
- Roller Rockers
Available in Stainless Steel and aluminum. Standard and higher ratios in stock.
With help from the Pushrods, the Rocker arms push the valve down to allow air to enter and exit the combustion chamber.
- Pistons
We stock MAHLE pistons!
Attached to the Crankshaft with a Connecting Rod, the Piston is used to compress the air and fuel within the engine cylinder.
- Intake Manifolds
Available in Aluminum. Fuel injected and carbureted.
Supplies the air/fuel mixture to the cylinders.
- Crankshafts
Available in 4340, 5140, and cast steel.
Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler and only!
The crankshafts are also available in various movements.
- Spring Kits
Includes Valve Springs, Retainers, Valve Locks.
LS1 Kits also include stem seals and spring seats.
Retainers available in titanium and chromemoly.
Our Valve Springs provide a wide range of seat pressures, open pressures, and installed heights.
- Pushrods
1010 heat-treated and Black-oxided for use with guide plates. Also available in 4130 Chromemoly tubing in .065 & .080 wall.
Adjustable Pushrod kits are available!
- Flexplates
SFI Certified Heavy Duty Performance Flexplates.
Attached to the end of the crankshaft.
- Timing Sets
Available in cast and steel gear sets.
Also in 3 keyway and 9 keyway for timing adjustments.
Extreme performance sets include torrington bearings.
Special sets available for line board engines.
Connected to the Crankshaft and Camshaft, its used to keep the Pistons and Valves in time with each other, to prevent them from hitting.
- Harmonic Balancers
Also available in stock replacement Steel and Liquid!
Ford, Chevy, and Chrysler only!
Attached to the front of the Crankshaft, it reduces the vibration that often causes crankshaft failure.
- Carburetor Spacer
Available in 4150 and 4500.
Aluminum and PVC material*.
Designed to insulate the carburetor from engine heat to keep the °incoming air and fuel cooler, and act as a tuning aid to produce more power.
*Operating temperature up to 200°
